Meet Donna

I have been a lawyer for more than 30 years.  I began my career as a litigator, then moved in-house and ultimately became General Counsel of several public and private companies. While I was driven to succeed and move up the corporate ladder, I often questioned whether my professional goals were in sync with my personal goals.

I wondered: As a mother of two children, can I give them what they need while also trying to advance in my career. Would I ever be able to stop feeling guilty about being a working mom?
 
My “a-ha” moment came when I realized that being a mother and ambitious lawyer were simply part of my DNA.  I had to give myself permission to own the choice I made to have children and a career. I needed to stop being so hard on myself and embrace both of my roles as mother and lawyer.

I created Donna Edbril Coaching because I’m passionate about empowering my fellow working moms to let go of their guilt and have the careers they want.
